The Service does not host, display, store, or transmit adult content or explicit media. Any such content exists solely on third-party platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly, Chaturbate, ManyVids, etc.) and is entirely outside VaultCast's infrastructure and responsibility.

VaultCast offers an optional public talent directory where creators may list a profile for discovery by agencies, studios, and collaborators.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

By you: You may delete your account at any time by emailing admin@vaultcast.online. Deletion removes your personal data and cancels any active subscription (effective at the end of the current billing period).

Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your account data consistent with our Privacy Policy. Sections 8, 10, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at admin@vaultcast.online and attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. Small claims court actions within applicable jurisdictional limits are also excluded from mandatory arbitration.
Class action waiver: All claims must be brought in your individual capacity. You may not bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
